Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, email, phone, address, service preferences, and optional notes.

If you check “Text me about my quote and appointments” or “Keep me posted” on the quote form, we also keep a record of each consent: your phone number, the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, your IP address, and your device's browser details (its user agent). We keep it so we can show when and how you agreed.

• Call and text you about offers and openings, only if you checked “Keep me posted”.

Text Messages

Evy's Cleaning Services texts you about your own quote, appointments and payments, including automated reminders, only if you checked “Text me about my quote and appointments”. These texts never include offers.

Evy's Cleaning Services sends offers and openings by call and text, including automated texts, only to people who checked “Keep me posted”. Checking one box never signs you up for the other.

You don't need to agree to either to get a quote or book a cleaning. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of all texts from us at any time, or HELP for help. Our Terms cover the details.

We never share or sell your mobile number or your text consent to anyone, including third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We keep the record of your consent, and of any opt-out, after you stop getting texts, because the law asks us to be able to show them for years afterward.
